The Source is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and mission-driven Government Grant Compliance Manager to ensure excellence in government grant compliance across our organization. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building systems, interpreting regulations, conducting audits, and partnering with leadership to strengthen organizational accountability while advancing a Christ-centered mission.

What You'll Do

As the Government Grant Compliance Manager, you will:

  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local government grant requirements.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct internal monitoring, audits, file reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare for external monitoring visits and grant audits.
  • Partner with program and finance teams to ensure compliant documentation and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training for staff and subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership with compliance updates, recommendations, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Thriving Texas Families (TTF), Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE), and other assigned government grants.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Agreement with The Source's Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, and organizational policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in government grant compliance, grant administration, auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, research, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to interpret and apply federal and state regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), HHSC contracts, and multi-year government grants such as Thriving Texas Families (TTF) and Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE).
  • Experience supporting external audits and monitoring visits.

The Source is seeking a mission-driven, engaging, and dependable Health Educator II to provide educational programming for youth, adults, and families. This position plays a key role in presenting Sexual Risk Avoidance Education, pregnancy and childbirth education, parenting classes, life-skills programming, and other enrichment opportunities in both community and classroom settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Sexual Risk Avoidance Education to youth ages 10–19.
  • Teach adult and teen classes, parent workshops, and support-service education.
  • Present medically accurate, age-appropriate curriculum.
  • Provide pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, life-skills, and enrichment education.
  • Maintain timely attendance records, data entry, and grant-related documentation.
  • Distribute approved material assistance and educational incentives.
  • Travel to schools, churches, and community-based organizations.
  • Support special events, presentations, and other education-program needs.
  • Follow all Thriving Texas Families requirements, trainings, protocols, and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database entry.
  • Willingness to complete required certifications and ongoing training.
  • Ability to travel to community locations and schools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, nursing, public health, a helping profession, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching adults or adolescents.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Conduct client needs assessments and develop individualized Care Plans
  • Connect clients with community resources and government assistance programs
  • Provide ongoing encouragement, coaching, and care coordination
  • Conduct follow-up calls, home and hospital visits
  • Maintain accurate client documentation using Salesforce
  • Lead and support client groups while collaborating with clinic staff to ensure excellent client care

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for serving women, children, and families while upholding the sanctity of human life
  • Bachelor's degree in a related social services field, Registered Nurse (RN), or Certified Community Health Worker
