Principle Functions: The Health Educator is responsible for delivering/presenting all of The Source’s educational programs, including pregnancy education, childbirth classes, parenting education, youth Sexual Risk Avoidance Education, and any additional enrichment programming made available in both English and Spanish. This role includes teaching weekly group classes, including but not limited to adult and teen classroom presentations, teen leadership programs, and parent workshops.
Principle Functions: The Virtual Call Center Patient Advocate has responsibility for providing phone call coverage for all Source Clinics. They will support the front desk administrators and provide scheduling support, text chat monitoring, web request response, and community referrals. Intake and spiritual support will be provided as needed.

Principle Functions: The Patient Advocate has responsibility for daily crisis intervention support for clients of The Source. They will conduct initial intake appointments, discuss pregnancy options, and provide referral resources and follow up support.
Principle Functions: The Advanced Practice Provider is a licensed medical provider who is not a physician but performs medical activities typically performed by a physician. This position is an APP (Advanced Practice Provider) which will be either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the role. The APP must hold a current licensure in the State of Texas and is responsible for managing the care of and addressing the health concerns of the women who come to The Source. This care is in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the medical standards of care (assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status). The APP will collaborate with the Medical Director (Supervising Physician) according to state laws and regulations. The APP will also collaborate with other members of the staff and healthcare team to provide high quality care.
The Sonographer is responsible for providing an initial scan to determine fetal viability, i.e., IUP, cardiac activity, and gestational age to patients in their first trimester of pregnancy. Additionally, the Sonographer will perform a scan for someone who is late to care if indicated by the clinician. The sonographer will also provide a proof of pregnancy and provide support and resource information (including The Source resources/programs and resources in the surrounding community) to patients as needed.
