Qualifications:
· Be a committedChristian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Saviorand Lord.

· 2 years of experience as aSocial Media Specialist or in a similar role.
· Proven experience in contentcreation and social media management.
· In-depth knowledge ofFacebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, SnapChat,Pinterest,Instagram, Google+, and other social media platforms.
· Experience with audience andbuyer persona research.
· Familiarity with web designand publishing (not requiredbut beneficial).
· Excellent multitasking,critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Team player with stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent time-managementskills.
· Bachelor’s degree inmarketing or a relevant field.
· Intermediate photo andvideography skills.
Essential Job Functions:
· Develop, implement, and manage the organization'ssocial media strategy to increase awareness and engagement.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) tomeasure the success of social media campaigns.
· Create appealing content and graphics for our targetdemographic, collaborating with copywriters and designers when necessary.
· Create/obtain compelling video and photography of clinicstaff, clients, volunteers,and others involved with The Source tohelp tell our story.
· Ensure all contentaligns with the organization's mission and resonates with the target audience.
· Merge and optimizeInstagram, Facebook, and LinkedInplatforms across Houston and Austin
· Establish aTikTok and SnapChatpresencefor the organization
· Develop strategy and plan tooptimizeYouTube
· Collaborate withandreport to the Marketing& Communication Manager to align social media efforts with overallorganizational goals
· Communicate withclinical staff as needed to stay informed of changes inservices provided or other itemshelpful to communicate topotential patients.
