·       Performs all duties in accordance with the VCC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·       Provide crisis intervention support for each client in an atmosphere of warmth and compassion through listening and helping skills.

·       Provide coverage and support for front desk administrators.

·       Assist with answering phone calls and web requests for the clinics.

·       Schedule clients in accordance with clinic guidelines.

·       Complete Athena Registration for new clients.

·       Assist with client portal check-in for clients.

·       Monitor The Source text chat.

·       Assist with client intake process as needed.

·       Provide spiritual support for clinics as needed.

·       Remain abreast of updates to The Source’s referral system and share community resources with clients.

·       Provide accurate information about abortion, parenting, adoption, and foster care.

·       Maintain all client records as indicated in clinic policies and guidelines.

·       Work with and help train volunteers.

·       Maintain confidentiality of client’s personal and financial information.

General

·       Attend staff meetings

·       Complete required training for TTF

·       Assist in special events, including annual fund raisers and outreach events as needed.

·       Establish positive working relationships with staff members and volunteers.

·       Complete other duties as assigned.
